    ➤You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when purchasing tickets.
    ➤Unauthorized use, reselling, or duplication of tickets is prohibited.
  3. Ticket Purchases & Pricing
    ➤All sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.
    Ticket prices may include service fees, taxes, and processing charges.
    Ticket availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee ticket prices or availability until a purchase is confirmed.
  4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    ➤ No Refunds: All ticket purchases are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
    ➤If an event is canceled, you may be entitled to a refund as per the organizer’s policies.
    ➤If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, and refunds may not be available.

    ➤Users must present valid tickets (physical or digital) for entry.
    ➤Event organizers have the right to deny entry for reasons such as misconduct, security concerns, or policy violations.
    ➤Ticket360 is not responsible for event delays, technical failures, or safety issues at venues.

    ➤Ticket360 acts as a ticketing intermediary and is not responsible for event organization, venue management, or cancellations.
    ➤We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
    ➤Ticket360 is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during an event.

    ➤All content, branding, logos, and materials on Ticket360’s platform are our intellectual property and cannot be copied or used without permission.

  12. Refund Policy
    At Ticket360, we aim to deliver a seamless and transparent ticketing experience. Our Refund Policy is designed to clarify when and how refunds are applicable.

    1. General Policy
    All ticket purchases made through Ticket360 are non-refundable, except under specific conditions listed below.
    2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
    Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket amount.
    Postponed Events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events will be subject to the event organizer's discretion.
    3. Booking Errors
    If you face technical issues during booking or are charged incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. After verification, eligible refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method
    4. No Show or Change of Mind
    No refund will be issued if:
    You do not attend the event
    You change your mind after booking
    You arrive late or are denied entry for any reason not related to us
    5. How to Request a Refund
    To initiate a refund (if eligible), email us at support@ticket360.co.in with:
    Your Name, Ticket360 booking ID, Event name and date, Reason for refund.
    6. Mode of Refund
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
