Open State Level Grand Yoga Competition June 2025

Open State Level Grand Yoga Competition organised by Kalam Sports Management on 29th June 2025 at Decathlon Nolambur, Chennai.

Instructions 

1. PreKG to LKG students are evaluated as one group (Male and Female)
2. 1st STD to 12th STD students will be evaluated separately by Gende.
3. Champion of Champions participants must demonstrate a minimum of five positions, including Forward, Backward, Twisting, Leg Balance, and Hand Balance.

• Event & Reporting Time
• Pre-kg to 4th STD - The Event starts at 10:00 AM
• For others, The Event will start at 11:30 AM

Report 30 Min Before the Event.

• Here are the Terms and Conditions for the Yoga Competition:
•     1. Eligibility
•         Participants must be of the required age group as specified by the organizers.
•         Each participant must complete the registration process before the deadline.
•         Medical fitness is mandatory; participants should ensure they are physically fit to compete.

•     2. Registration & Fees
•         All participants must register through the official website or the designated registration portal.
•         Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and must be paid before the competition.
•         Incomplete or incorrect applications may be disqualified.

•     3. Competition Rules
•         Participants must follow the competition guidelines, including the dress code and sequence of asanas.
•         Each asanas should be held for 15 Sec.
•         Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
•         Any form of misconduct or rule violation may lead to disqualification.

•     4. Health & Safety
•         The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or health issues during the event.
•         Participants are advised to consult a doctor before competing.
• 
  
•     5. Code of Conduct
•         Respect towards judges, fellow participants, and event staff is mandatory.
•         Any unfair practices or disruptive behaviour will lead to disqualification.
• 
  
•     6. Photography & Media
•         The organizers have the right to use photographs and videos of participants for promotional purposes.
•         Participants agree to be featured in event-related media coverage.
• 
  
•     7. Rewards & Recognition
•         General Category Top 5 Winners will get a Shield.
•         General Category participants will get Medal & Certificate.
•         Champion Category participants will get a Shield.
• 
  
•     8. Liability & Disclaimer
•         The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the event.
•         Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

•     9. Changes & Cancellations
•         The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event under unforeseen circumstances.
•         Participants will be informed of any changes in schedule or venue.
